Relevant Experience : 4 -12 years

Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable): B.Sc / M.C.A / BE / B Tech / M.E / M.Tech

Willingness to work in shifts.

Requirement : Remedy Developer and Remedy Administrator
    Remedy ITSM/Developer (Job code : 1200N51)

    · Experience working in ITSM Application v7.1 onwards and in 7.5.Experience in BMC Remedy system .
    · Product based solutions based on BMC Remedy applications Remedy ITSM
    · Development experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.1 onwards.
    · Good understanding of AR Customization, Workflows, AR Server logs, Escalations, Filters ,Webservices, DSO.
    · Good understanding of tools Dev Studio , ARImport Tool.
    · In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite Remedy. Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset.
    · ARS System: Notification, Web Services, DSO, Work Flow Objects
    · Remedy Server Administration ARS Server Configuration & Patch Management, Email Engine configuration, Distributed Server Option configuration, Log Analysis.
    · ITSM Modules: IM/PM, CM, SLM, AM, SRMS.
    · Previous experience in integration between ITSM and various external data sources.
    · Remedy Application Enhancements Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects.
    · Third Party Integration: AD integration, AIE integration or any other tools, event monitoring.

    Remedy ITSM/Administrator 7.x and Above (Job code : 1200N4W)

    .           Perform tool administration and process configurations – All BMC Remedy applications 7.x and above
    · Support installation, configuration and maintenance of Development, Test and Production environments.
    · Remedy Application Server Administration
    · Creating Support Groups, Assigning Permissions, License administration, SLA config ,Assignment Config Approval Config
    · Provide Reports for Remedy systems
    · Maintain and Troubleshoot application and system issues.
    · Coordinate with Process owners on process updates.
    · Apply product fixes, hot fixes, patches and configuration changes to support the business processes.
