EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable) : BE / B Tech/ MCA/ B.Sc.
Experience level   : 2 - 5 Years

Technical Skills

• Should have experience in Genesys Solutions (CME, IRD, CCPulse, SCI)
• Should have experience in Genesys Multimedia like Email/Chat
• Should have experience in integrating Siebel CTI with Genesys using GPlus Adaptor
• Should have experience in IVR development using Java, VXML
• Should have good understanding of SDLC's
• Good experience in MS-SQL Server queries/procedures Experience
• Working on Call Recording Software especially NICE Recording.
• Ability to independently handle NICE Recording related issues reported by Call Centers and troubleshoot those and provide required resolution.
• Integration experience with NICE and Avaya AES Servers and managing Logger Servers and various NICE components.
• Experience working on Genesys Workforce Management (WFM)
