Solution Managers are responsible for translating customer requirements into operational strategies, consolidating input from domain experts into consistent, compliant, value-added solutions, creating associated cost models and associated proposal documentation, managing due diligence technical teams and assisting in contract negotiations.
The specific role of the Solution Manager is to develop the service delivery proposal solution that CSC will deliver to the client. In developing the service delivery proposal, the Solution Manager must ensure integration is achieved across all domains.

Govern the architecture and design and cost of Solution proposal by interacting with clients, CSC Line of Service Teams, Service owners and vendors

Work with Global CSC Sales Force to respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs
ü
Design complete end-to-end infrastructure solutions to meet client requirements

Developing the complete costing, staffing requirements for the opportunity

Document the solution proposal at the required level of details

Prepare Solution Brief & Strategy and present to CSC Stakeholders and Management
